First Things First and its Arizona Registry contractors (“FTF”) provide services related to professional development of child care providers through the azregistry.org and azearlychildhood.org websites (“Services”). FTF provides these Services subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).
When you use the Services, you shall not (a) provide any Content or perform any conduct that may be unlawful, illegal, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, stalking, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, offensive, objectionable, or pornographic; that is designed to or does interfere or interrupt any Services; that is infected with a virus or other destructive or deleterious programming routine; that gives rise to civil or criminal liability; or that may violate an applicable local, national, or international law, including laws relating to copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets; (b) impersonate or misrepresent your association with any person or entity or forge or otherwise seek to conceal or misrepresent the origin of any Content provided by you; (c) collect or harvest any data about other users other than data necessary to provide a professional development course from users who register for the course; or (d) use the Services or any Content in any commercial manner outside of the purpose of the Arizona Registry or in any manner that would involve junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized advertising without prior written consent.
By providing any Content: (a) you warrant and represent that you have all legal rights that are associated with the Content; (b) you grant FTF a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, fully transferable license and any other necessary right to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, archive, create derivative works from, and create compilations of, in whole or in part, such Content throughout the world in any media in connection with the Services; and (c) FTF shall have the right (but not obligation), in its sole discretion, to refuse to publish or to remove or block access to any such Content at any time and for any or no reason, with or without notice.
